Saleh Ihmoud is committed to the letter and the spirit of U.S. fair housing law. Housing services are offered to all people without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, disability, or familial status — the classes protected under the federal Fair Housing Act — as well as the additional classes protected under Missouri and Illinois law.

What the law protects

Federal law protects seven classes. Missouri and Illinois add more on top of those:

• Federal (Fair Housing Act): race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status.
• Missouri adds: ancestry.
• Illinois adds (among others): ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, order of protection status, military status, pregnancy, arrest record, source of income, immigration or citizenship status, and reproductive health decisions.

As a REALTOR®, Saleh is also bound by Article 10 of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, which prohibits discrimination — and discriminatory speech — in all professional activity.

No steering, ever

Decisions about where to live are yours. This site and this business provide neutral, factual information — commute, housing types, cost of living, and school-district boundaries — and will never steer you toward or away from any area based on a protected characteristic. If you want demographic data about an area, public sources like the U.S. Census Bureau (census.gov) are the right place to look.

Reasonable accommodations
